Regulatory assessment of coffee silverskin

Challenge

Work with CNTA to explore the potential of coffee silverskin as a new functional ingredient. Coffee silverskin is currently considered a coffee byproduct and has no approved food use. Preliminary technical information will be gathered to serve as the basis for a future application for evaluation and authorization as a novel food ingredient for different applications.
